I dont live close to Ephrata but I make the drive once a month to go to Ebenezers. Healthy food at an affordable price is exactly right. I stock up of meat, chicken, pork, etc. the prices beat Walmart and the quality is much better. They also have produce and shelf foods. I usually find great bargains there.
